Words fail, but nothing like the profound failure of our justice system. What do you want to bet that if the 10-20-Life rule was in effect, this guy would have been in Crowbar Motel?
Does anybody think he’s going to get life, now? Probably not. This is in Chicago, after all.
Brandon Holman, 34, was charged with two counts of murder, according to Chicago Police.
Holman called for medical assistance for his unresponsive son, Bryson Holman, at their home in the 3200 block of West 83rd Place at noon, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. The infant was pronounced dead there at 12:05 p.m.
Police said the boy had bruising to his arms and neck, and appeared to have been deceased for some time.
An autopsy Sunday found Bryson died of multiple injuries from abuse, and ruled his death a homicide.
Multiple injuries from abuse… how could he?
And tell us again how some IPSC competitor in New Mexico is responsible for this, or an upland hunter in northern California.
